Yes, he's a skirt-chasing, draft-dodging, non-weed-inhaling, slick son of a gun, but Bill Clinton is still the President who's administration has had the most positive impact on the most Americans (and even non-Americans) in probably the last 25 years. Love him or hate him, the man kept us all fatter and happier than we had any right to be during the '90's.
